Haryana Forest Dept celebrates Wildlife Week - Think India ...

Panchkula : At a state level function organised in Morni, the Haryana Forest Department initiated celebrations of Wildlife Week today.

The Union Minister for Housing, Urban Poverty Alleviation and Culture, Kumari Selja, was the chief guest on the occasion, which was presided over by Captain Ajay Singh Yadav, Minister of Power, Forest and Environment, Haryana. Condemning the illegal hunting of wild animals, Selja said that steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not crop up. Read more
